HAUNTED HOTEL IS AN 18 AND OLDER EXTREME HAUNT EVENT. YOUR GROUP MUST HAVE AN ADULT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GROUP  TO BE ADMITTED. ACTORS MAY TOUCH YOU, DO NOT TOUCH THEM. WE ARE NOT YOUR AVERAGE HAUNTED HOUSE. WE DO THINGS MUCH DIFFFERENT!
 

CHAPERONE POLICY
To enter the The Haunted Hotel, minors (guests 15 years old or younger) must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old and has a valid government-issued photo ID. One (1) chaperone can accompany up to six (6) minors per day. Minors cannot be left alone without a responsible adult chaperone (21+) present. The adult chaperone is responsible for the behavior and safety of the minors during their visit and must be present at all times.

It is important to note that the adult chaperone is not required to enter the building, but they will not be granted free admission if they wish to do so. Please do not purchase an online ticket for a minor and leave, as they will not be allowed into the attraction without an adult present on The Haunted Hotel property.

Conduct deemed by The Haunted Hotel to be inappropriate for the peace and good order of the venue, guests, or associates, and which may adversely affect the safety of others (including loitering and line cutting) is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Anyone who violates may be subject to ejection without refund.

General Admission - Clown Invasion - $25.00
This line is the most fun if you ask us. Hang out and let THE HAUNTED HOTEL residents who have escape terrorize you while you await to be admitted! This is the longest line to wait in. You can always upgrade on premises if you wish.
Fast Pass - Clown Invasion - $40.00
This ticket will entitle the customer to bypass the General Admission line on those nights when the Regular line is just too long.
VIP - Front of the Line - Clown Invasion - $60.00
This ticket entitles the customer to bypass the General Admission Line and the Fast Pass Line. You will be escorted by our staff directly to the front of the que line waiting area.  FEEL THE VIP!! There is a $5 Price Increase on all tickets in October due to demand.
The Haunted Hotel - KY is an EXTREME event where the actors CAN and WILL touch you . We offer no refunds for not making the event or too scared to go in, or any other scenarios. TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

We are safe and fun! But this is a part of the show and what our award winning staff is trained to do! Understand if for any reason you can not follow directions, keep your hands to your self, or become aggressive in anyway towards our staff, you will be removed from the property. Enter at your own risk!!  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. NO REFUNDS EVER! 

Our show is not suitable for kids under the age of 13. NO ONE UNDER 18 without ADULT SUPERVISION!! You will be asked to leave the attraction if you are not accompanied by at least one ADULT responsible for the entire group. We strictly enforce our rules and our police staff does use metal detectors. NO REFUNDS.
